The Heart of Being a Teen: A Transformational Workshop for ages 13 – 17. 
Each teen will be given the freedom to be their most authentic self, celebrated for exactly who they are.

Being a young adult today can be more challenging than ever. This active, experiential workshop will offer participants foundational tools and opportunities for growth with a strong sense of self, acceptance and community, that will last a lifetime.
