PHOTOS & VIDEOS
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Ruth Brown/Deep Play for Kids, LLC, and its employees, from all claims and demands relating to photos and/or videos taken of me/my image during any Deep Play for Kids program that I attend. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of said photos or videos for training purposes, the website, and future use.
